Marzipan tradition for more than 200 years: The long-established company Niederegger, which was founded in 1806 in Lübeck, is one of the largest German manufacturers of marzipan and confectionery specialties.

The most successful product is the classical “Lübecker Marzipan Schwarzbrot” available in different variants and sizes.

The Niederegger “Marzipanbrote” are packed using the emkon. SMARTFOLD.

Different product types from 35g to 200g are covered by the machine. The quality of the twin foil wrapping has improved significantly for all product sizes – the premium product goes on sale in a first-class packaging. Further, the machine adds the desired flexibility for the future.
